Forcing students to work during educational process is considered a force labor. Students’ drawing into any types of work during their study term is unlawful independently of students’ and their parents’ consent because this is happening during study process and is not envisaged by the educational program.
Students’ work with or without their parents’ consent must be done exclusively outside of study process and in compliance with labor law (employment contracts and briefing on labor protection).

Bringing students out for agricultural works is a practice preserved from USSR era. The analogue of this could be found in Uzbekistan where students’ forced labor is used during annual cotton harvest.
